Main Entrance, Hallway, Lounge Area
- Steps: There are 7 steps up from the front courtyard to the front door with handrails either side.
- Porch: Inside the front door, there is a small porch with quarry tiles and large coir mat with a lipped step up to an inner door.
- Hallway: Oak floorboards with an inset coir mat. There is a wooden threshold in the doorway leading to the Guest Lounge/Breakfast Room.
Lounge/Breakfast Area
- Flooring. Wall to wall carpeting
Public Areas - Stairs, Landing
- Stairs to the first floor: Main stairs have 13 steps from hallway, a small landing with 2 further steps left, and another small landing with 2 steps left again onto the landing leading to the guest rooms.
- Handrail: There is a continuous ballastrade alongside all sections of the stairs and landings.
Bedrooms
- Flooring: Wall to wall carpeting
Ensuites
- Flooring: lino flooring.
- SuperKing Room Ensuite: A large shower with safety glass sliding door. The large shower tray is slightly raised from the floor, therefore you will experience a slight step down when leaving the shower, or conversely a slight step up when entering the shower. There is a raised surround to the tray of approximately 3 inches.
- King Ensuite: A standard bath with shower overhead.
